Reclaim (“the App”) is designed to help users manage their photo storage by identifying photos that have already been synced to cloud storage. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to any external servers.

All data accessed by the App is processed locally on your device only.

Account Authentication

The App uses Microsoft OneDrive authentication provided by Microsoft.

• You sign in through Microsoft’s secure login system
• The App does not see or store your password
• Authentication is handled entirely by Microsoft

Data Accessed by the App

To function, the App requests access to:

1. OneDrive Data

Via Microsoft Graph APIs, the App may access:

• File names and metadata
• Photo and video files stored in your OneDrive

This data is used only to determine whether local photos have been backed up.

2. Device Photos

Using Apple’s system frameworks, the App accesses:

• Photos and videos stored on your device
• Metadata such as timestamps and file identifiers

This access is used solely to compare local files with cloud-stored files.

How Your Data Is Used

All data is used exclusively for:

• Comparing local photos with cloud backups
• Helping you identify files that can be safely removed from your device

All processing happens on-device using Apple-provided APIs.

Data Storage and Transmission

• The App does not store your data on external servers
• The App does not transmit your personal data to the developer
• Any communication with OneDrive occurs directly between your device and Microsoft’s services

Third-Party Services

The App relies on:

• Microsoft (for authentication and OneDrive access via Microsoft Graph)

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

Data Sharing

We do not:

• Sell your data
• Share your data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising or tracking

Your Control

You have full control over your data:

• You may revoke OneDrive access at any time through your Microsoft account
• You may revoke photo access in your device settings
• You may delete the App at any time

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect or store personal data from anyone, including children under 13.
